General Description
The Compliance-Pro™ Data Match Interface Box ensures that all bar codes can be scanned and that the encoded data matches. This unit is extremely simple to use with only two buttons. The first button “Learn new bar code” does just that, when the button is pressed the next bar code scanned will be the encodation saved to be compared with all future bar codes. When a mismatch or ‘no read’ occurs, the system will sound an alarm and close a relay that can be used to stop the equipment, apply a cover-up label, or reject the product. The error is cleared by scanning a good bar code. The alarm and relay are cleared by pressing the ‘silence’ button.
