General Description
The Compliance-Pro™ Data Match System ensures that all bar codes can be scanned and that the encoded data matches. This unit is extremely simple to use with only two buttons. The first button "Learn new bar code" does just that, when the button is pressed the next bar code scanned will be the encodation saved to be compared with all future bar codes. When a mismatch or 'no read' occurs, the system will sound an alarm and close a relay that can be used to stop the equipment, apply a cover-up label, or reject the product. The error is cleared either by scanning a good bar code or by pressing the 'silence' button. Typical uses include rewind systems and production lines.
The system is available with either multi-head or simple single-head design.
